Advice sought: Affordable mics for Kodak Zi8 cam & the iTouch

Don't say affordable. To me an affordable wireless system would be the Sennheiser G3 ($600 X 3 = $1,800) with the Countryman B6 lav ($320 X 3 = $960) with an Edirol R-44 ($1,000) as the recorder. I don't think that you want to spend almost $4k. To me too expensive would be the Lectrosonics 400 wireless ($3,000 each), I would still use the Countryman B6 lavs, and the Zaxcom Deva recorder ($12,000). ($25,000 total.)

What is your budget, and what are you shooting? Give us LOTS of details - Run'n'gun? ENG? Narrative? Where are you working? Are you working with a crew?
