It's the distribution company owned by David Lynch. He set it up to self distribute his new film Inland Empire.
looks like 518 media worked with absurda on this (or vice versa) http://www.518media.com/ they have a phone number at the bottom of the page and could perhaps get you in touch with the nice folks at absurda
