How do I change an NTSC 4:3 video clip into an HD 16:9 with Adobe Premiere?

It's easy as pie with Sony Vegas.

How iis it done with Adobe Premiere?

Create a 16x9 sequence, then drag the 4:3 clip on it.

PROPERTIES - SCALE, increase as desired
