editing Adobe Premier CS4 vs CS5

The biggest difference is that CS5 is 64 bit, so it can manage memory and multiple core CPU's better and faster.
Other than that, they are very similar. If you have an older computer, then you want CS4, on a newer one with a 64 bit OS (like Vista UUltimate 64 or Windows 7 64 bit), then go with CS5.
