It felt a little slow, like they spent a little too much time on the bench. It was hard to hear the girls on the swings' voices, I couldn't make out what one of them said at all. I take it "twist of fate" is supposed to refer to the ending, but it wasn't really surprising enough to be a twist, and the gumby effect at the end was silly. Guess that's what you were going for though, so good job on doing what you set out to do. I'd just prefer more tension and more twist. 
quality didn't bother me as the story and acting did.. you sound work on sound too..
like jrsmithson said, the effect at the end was kinda funny...
