i got one of those £1 ones and it lasted a while before breaking, then i got a new one it lasted 10 seconds :/ they are pretty handy though if the y don't break.

I thought my 20 dollar Primus tripod was a bargain! That beats mine!

Actually my tripod works well, it's just the part where the camera connects is tiltled slightly, so my "level" show level when in fact it's not, so I have to adjust the legs to get a"level" surface visually. Also one of my legs will no long extend anymore, so I am often having to use books or whatever when I extend the other two legs...

Anyone got a tripod they want to sell? Cheap?
