Thanks Scoopic. I figured it out - apparently when I updated the firmware the first time it didn't stick. When I opened up the DJI Go app today it gave me the option to update again. Did that and now I have all options I was missing.

If you can get a vector version of the logo (or trace one and make one yourself with illustrator), you won't have to worry about resolution at all. Just import the .ai file or whatever vector file you have. That is, if you have it.
