I checked off match sequence setting and render in highest quality, and I still got the pixels. What would you guys recommend for a full quality export?

I recently directed a short film and I've been editing in Premiere CS 6. I've been exporting my rough cuts along the way to send my dp/coproducer and the guy who is doing the music for me, and each time no matter what format I export to, I get some pixelation the opening scene in the background...
