After Effects CS6: 3D Glasses Effect Convergence Problem

I'm having a problem in AE CS6 when setting "Scene Convergence" in the 3D Glasses effect. If I move it from 0, it'll start leaving blank space to the left and right sides of each clip ( [empty][Left][empty][empty][Right][empty] ). going professional with a gopro

    Recommended hacks for GH2?

I've tried a bunch of hacks, and really, my favorite is Canis Majoris Night. Great shadow detail in low light, colors still look fine in daylight, and even 720p60 has great detail.

Looking for a specific camera recommendation

+1 for GoPro. Especially GoPro 2. It has a new firmware coming out before the end of summer that will boost recording to 35mbps and add a Techicolor profile. At 127 and 170 degrees (90 degrees also available, all at 1080p), you won't need image stabilization, either.

Is there ANY way to stop the GH2 from automatically switching viewfinders?

Haven't tried it on mine, but maybe putting a piece of gaffer tape over the sensor next to the viewfinder, and then using the LVF/LCD button to switch to the LCD?
