I have both night and day shoots. chilipie my plan was to bounce the light in case I had enough day light to make the shoot work, if it's cloudy I would probably have to use artificial light, but from what you are saying 650W fresnels would be useless on this...

Hello guys, I am planning to make my first Night shoot in a couple of weeks, but have plenty of day light shoots shedulled that will need a bit of extra non natural lighting. My question is what kind of voltage is advisable? Would something like this work...

I really cant see the benefit on investing on your own sound equipment when its going to be fully managed by a specialist, that also has his own equipment. This means that when hiring the "sound guy" he will have to adapt himself to the equipment you chose, and will probably have to work longer...

I guess that its the market that dictates the price of a product, if the body only costs 17.5k its because there are enough film makers willing to pay that price. p.s. I would risk to say that the Red has the "Mac look effect", the look accounts for at least 50% of the equipment price. ;)

You definitely have a lot of good shots on all of the three movies, but the sound is completely off. On the Tempterism one clearly feels that the sound of the steps are coming from somewhere else, making the scene completely award. It would almost be better to get the original sound of the...
