Both look amazingly cinematic.. Would I need an adapter with it as well? One thing that I dont understand is that with GH2's crop factor of 2x, wouldnt 50mm be effectively around 100mm? Or that doesn't matter? I found some russian vintage lens site.. Have you ever tried them?

That was great. So I have a kits lens and 20mm 1.7 If you had to recommend me 1 lens to get..which would it be from all these vintage lenses? I don't have a lot of money right now so anything under 100$ would do. :)

Hey guys I have a GH2 with 14-42mm kit lens and 20mm pancake. My friend owns a Nikon D3000 with 18-55mm kit lens. I was wondering if there is any use I can get out of that lens on GH2 esp with its 2x crop and ETC mode.. What kinda converter would I need? Thanks

Cheers for the reply.. 1 gig a minute sounds pretty heavy.. I have done loads of testing with FM but have heard a lot of Sedna.. Do you edit natively or do you transcode? My system starts stuttering a little with FM hack..

So Flowmotion is more reliable but Sedna Aq1 is best visually? I mainly make narrative and was wondering which hack will give me best looking frames but also not be too insane on space. I dont have a monitor so playback in camera is also a vital point for me..

Well done. My 2 cents- I think the demo reel would fare well with a slower smoother atmospheric track. This song has the kinetic energy that (I think) is not going with your (very well done) smooth slow shots and bokeh and other pretty things. Please tell us the hack you used? Driftwood or Flomo?

I directed a Z budget feature with skeleton crew of 2 ppl with other 5 characters from the film helping out.. Thing's I would have done differently.. 1) Rehearse the living daylight out of the script. Chances are you will be working with amateur actors or semi professionals and it just helps...

Thanks alot. I guess I was kinda looking for reassurance more than anything else. I have used a pvc pipe diy rig with my camcorder for so long, I just wanted something that works a little better maybe and hopefully also looks a bit more professional. :)

I said I cant afford a focus puller not that I cant afford the rig.. Both the rigs are in my budget but hiring people to do specialized jobs are not.. esp in India where "volunteering" to do film work doesn't exist.. If I was not bound by financial limitations I wouldnt be talking about cowboy...

But since I'm basically the poor man version of poor man's version.. I cant afford the focus puller.. With the hands free one I can atleast pull focus myself.. Any idea how would one go about it with latter one?

Hey guys, How do I go about color correcting day for night shot when the final content is in bw.. Should I just color correct in color first n then apply bw filter or color correct after making it bw.. I can't seem to convincingly make it look like night. Thanks

I installed Cluster V6 Drewnet but now I can't preview my files on camera.. Is there any work around for that or maybe some other patch that can preview files on cam? I use 64gb 45mbps card.
