I hear you brother. I sorta feel that way about Canon FD that's why I asked. It has a really nice color rendition and it's not too contrasty. Ofcourse adapters are secondary. I just meant it as a "bonus advantage" as I know few people with Canon lenses that I might be able to borrow then.
