    UPDATE Don't think it's a head phone issue but i messed with the noise back and fourth and it seems that every time i mess with the noise that's when I get that odd sound. If I leave the clip unedited it isn't there Any ideas?

    Using vegas 12. Here is my question You know when you are putting shots together be it audio or video clips and when you are doing this Vegas will automatically show a little blue line like thing to show you that it is matched up perfectly. For some reason mine stopped doing it. I don't know...

    Thank you for your input Mr. APE. i'll see what I can do. thankfully there are only a couple sequences with this problem. on another note. I've been doing okay with mixing the INT scenes givin the fact I did not record room tone (noob ass) lol.

    Great advice as usual. There i no way I can ADR any of it. I'm gonna try my best. What would any of you guys recommend for the future when I film in the woods? i don't want to cancel a shoot because it's to windy. maybe record some wind passing through leaves and use it like a room tone?

    I have an outdoor scene and in one or two clips there was some high winds causing the leafs on the tress to rustle around giving that "krrrussssaahhhhhhhhhhh" sound. it doesn't seem to blend well with the other shots and i have messed with it a lot but i can't seem to get rid of the rusting...

    Looking for audio sofware

    lol my bad. PC, as for budget. not sure. if you could name a few under at least 1000 that would be greeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaatttt. I am using it for basic editing dialogue i really can't stand audacity it is just to sloppy for me.
