I have 2 of the sandisk 64gig extreme pro. No issues so far. Unboxed the camera a few hours ago. It's raining out, and not much to shoot in my small apartment. Looking forward to a day off next week to go out and shoot some stuff.

Just spent the last hour checking out the Tarot Gimbal. That's really nice. I have a DJI F550, but just ordered an F450 frame kit, to convert it to a quadopter. Think I'm going to pick up that tarot gimbal. Looks simple enough to get together and almost seems plug and play.

Your aerial footage is coming along nicely. The Tarot gimbal looks like it works real well. I've been thinking of picking up a Phantom, with the Zenmuse gopro gimbal. I like the Hero 3 black editions. Shoots 2.7k, which would be a good resolution for correcting the fisheye effect on the footage...

Bluntly commented in his review, the orb issue is an issue, but to the untrained eye, they'd probably never see,the orbs, unless someone pointed it out. And if the untrained eye is picking up on the orb issue, then maybe the film maker needs to take a look at the content of what their filming.

Where are you hearing this? I've seen nothing but incredible footage coming from the pocket cam, even with the issues. I have no doubt they'll be resolved soon enough. Frankly if you haven't ordered a pocket cam already, you might be better off getting something else, as it may be spring before...
