I don't know which substance you could use as crack, but the last part, when she exhales the smoke, could be realised with cigarette smoke. But it would not work in one take, of course. At least you know the smoke would not kill your actor on the set :D

And if you keep it on your harddisc, you can still watch it in HD and maybe burn it someday to blu ray :cool:

In "Oldboy" there is a fight scene shot with one camera in one take. The main character fights his way trough a lot of enemys (about 15~20 I think). From Wikipedia: An impressive scene and generally, this movie is worth watching.
