easy It's easy to form an LLC..you can do it online, but it's best to do it with a lawyer, especially if there are multiple business partners...It might cost $500 or so with a lawyer and the formation fees..

Our first indie film released today on DVD. It was a $15,000ish endeaver we were hired to do by a Seattle producer. We worked for dirt cheap to try and gain experience and it was probably the most fun I've had on a shoot. Turned out very funny with a lot of physical comedy...

projecter You could always set it up as at DVD projection cinema making it cheaper for digitally shot indies to get screened. I don'at know much about it, other than you need to find a building first.

We updated the trailer from when I originally posted. Marketing-mainly thru Christian outlets and youth outlets but I hoping to attract some distributors and that some crossover could be achieved.

research There's some good ideas on here. Have any of you done research on any other industries that have challenged the "mainstream" and succeeded? The one I have researched and am familiar with is the massive Christian market. The Christian music industry now competes alongside the mainstream...

Thanks guys. I did notice the sound wasn't as good on Qtime as well. Weird, they we're rendered with the audio settings the same. Ohwell, it sound better in wm and even better in surround sound. I was fortunate to work with Jeff and the entire cast, all talented and dedicated people.
