While lighting might be a problem, you could do a reshoot but only ECU of face and hands or other parts of the body and intersperse them into the fight scene.

    Directors - Who's in Control?

While everyone is correct regarding the actual production, I have seen some good movies go nowhere. This was prior to the internet, but some got good reviews but did little box office revenue.

    Film club in my city

From personal experience, I would rather find people with similar experience and likes on Facebook and maybe have a party once in a while where all could meet. One good thing that derived indirectly from it was an international film festival.

Should I take the stunts out of my script?

You can do it with cuts. Start with a wide shot. You can have the person falling onto a mattress in another shot if you only show him falling back with a MS and maybe a CU of the shot on his face. You can then do another shot of him in the coffin.

To PAY or not to PAY actors?

There are many organizations where people basically volunteer their services with no expectation of getting paid even though there are paid staff members. In that it is voluntary in nature, the above statue shouldn't apply. As long as every person signs a written release, I would not expect a...

How do you find self motivate people to work with?

If your paying people, you need to show by doing. You have to be the one trying the hardest and working the most. Don't ask people to do what you aren't willing to do. For volunteer work, you also have to contend with people asking what's in it for them. They have to be getting something...

How much should I pay actors for a low budget film for like a week shoot?

I agree that feeding your people and having enough water and soft drinks should be your first priority. Alcove already mentioned how to determine how much you could afford to pay the actors. Also, take into account how much your post work will cost.

Having a problem with Premiere Pro.

I would check your system for viruses or other malware. There are a lot of free and paid programs. You might want to check the free version of CCleaner or Malwarebyte's anti malware. Have you been regularly maintaining your computer by doing scans and registry cleans?

Is a 3 day feature shoot impossible?

Possible to do, but wouldn't expect that great a quality even if all the actors had all their lines memorized. Would need to be flawless in their actions, plus the audio and camera work would need to be flawless. Still would need several takes for coverage.
