    Making a single location movie

Given your talent and resources, would you be able to make any movie not relying on special effects "cinematic"? Very talented individuals with the right resources can make almost any subject matter cinematic. As AudioPost so aptly suggested, do you have the talent and resources to pull it off?

    Making a single location movie

There are several plays that have become movies. http://www.popmatters.com/review/big-kahuna/ However, even with great actors and being cinematic does not mean that it will be a box office success.

If you have sold or option your screenplay can you enter a screenwriting competition?

In addition to what Rik said, your contract should tell what you can't do and/or if the producer is entitled to all revenue. If it isn't spelled out, you would have to check with an attorney.

You said that you weren't from the US, so the first thing would be sure you have all the paperwork necessary to work here. Florida has a film tax credit http://www.eisneramper.com/Florida-Film-Tax-Incentives.aspx. Stacey Parks has a lot of free information on her site and if interested you...

    Public Liability Insurance?

I would talk to a good insurance agent to see if you can get some type of insurance on you. Do not know the laws in Europe. We have people working for free, but there are different types of insurance coverage in the US.

Dear Festivals, please get with the times

I love your advice and information. While many general ideas stay the same, technology has changed many methods and requirements. I remember when the Ikegami video cameras were the state of art with the potential to shoot movies and convert to film.

Dear Festivals, please get with the times

When you mentioned a print for theatre, I was thinking of the normal release ones. "Release prints are generally expensive. For example, in the United States, it is not unusual for each one to cost around $1,500 to print and ship to theaters around the country. "...

Dear Festivals, please get with the times

It used to be about $1200 for a fiim print and you could ship them through the P.O. I did have an uncle who was a projectionist in the 30s through the 50s and maybe a part of the 60s. That was before platters. Had a friend who has a theatre who had to convert to digital. He ran festivals out...

    Sales Agents and Upfront Fees

The agent should have discussed deliverables and potential costs. They could vary a lot depending on agent and distribution. Some don't bother with E & O insurance, because their contract is worded so that you will be the only one sued.

    Sales Agents and Upfront Fees

Whoever you get to distribute, make sure you get an experienced entertainment attorney to check over the contract. Make sure you get reports monthly, have a cap on expenses, performance criteria or the film goes back to you, and try and give rights for as short a period as reasonably possible.

cinematography Expert advice needed: Huge budget for film studio set up

I only did a quick look at your list. You might want to call B & H and talk with someone there to be sure it will be sufficient for you needs. Not sure of your ceiling size, but the LEDs might not provide enough light depending on project.
