    Films and You: A Questionaire

Some cool answers so far, definitely a lot of stuff I want to check out. Here's mine; 1) A CHERISHED CHILDHOOD FAVOURITE A lot of animation, particularly The Land Before Time, The Lion King, Aladdin and the Saturday morning Disney cartoons on TV. Jack the Giant Killer...

    Films and You: A Questionaire

True that. The man does cop a lot of shit from people, and I'm sure the cynics will still criticize him for selling the series, but when a guy gives billions of dollars to charity that's worth applauding whether you want an Epsiode VII or not..

Who is Your Favorite Director and Why?

Too hard to choose one particular favourite, but I'd have to say it was Spielberg who first sparked my interest in filmmaking, so I'll always have a soft spot for him.

editing Cheap(er) alternatives to Premiere Pro

Hey all, I've recently acquired a PC and now need something to be able to edit on. A quick google search reveals that Premiere Pro (the benchmark?) is way out of my current price range. Are there any alternatives that you might recommend? I see there are a couple of 'free' programs on the 'net...

    Tarantino Vs. Tarantino

    1) Resevoir Dogs 2) Pulp Fiction 3) Inglorious Basterds 4) Kill Bill 2 5) Kill Bill 1 6) Death Proof 7) Jackie Brown 1, 2, ans 3 were all brilliant in my view. Wasn't all that keen on Jackie Brown. Haven't seen D.U. yet, but very much looking forward to it.
