On indiegogo does asking what may be too much turn the audience off?

I don't think you need to state exactly what the money will be spent on, it's ok to just give people a rough idea, but at the same time you want to give the impression you know what you're talking about. I think before asking for money you should have done your homework and have a rough idea of...

    YOUR Favorite Camera?

I'm shopping for a T3i at the moment if you feel like giving yours up cheap? :D Seriously though would you recommend it as a good camera for some narrative shorts? I've also been looking at the t5i though from my research it doesn't look like there's all that much difference between the two...

I'm 17 and just wrapped my first feature

 Well, to be clear you did post an address. But anyway, let's all move on shall we... Well said All-Star. It's pretty much that simple. I watched the nine minutes of film. It was actually quite well done I thought, nothing mind-blowing but some nice shots and no real problems with...

I'm 17 and just wrapped my first feature

No I haven't seen the 9 minutes of film, but my point is regardless of quality can you really say it is... He has assembled a cast and crew and made a feature. That is some sort of achievement, surely. As for threatening to post peoples addresses, that is obviously a no-no.

I'm 17 and just wrapped my first feature

Did you? Well, good for you. Yes, absolutely, finishing a feature is only part of the equation, but still the very act of completion shows motivation, drive, organisation, discipline, etc, and is worth commending regardless of whether the film is a turd or not (not saying this one...

    Any roles for a teen?

Not being in the US I can't really help you there, but all the best looking for gigs. I used to love Kevin Sorbo's "Hercules" series, and I just looked him up on imdb now after seeing you mention him. That guy keeps himself busy! Already three credits in 2015, another role announced, three more...

I'm 17 and just wrapped my first feature

 Yup, in hindsight that might have been wise. But we're all geniuses in hindsight aren't we? ;) No need to find a whole new site. You said yourself most people here have been helpful and provided you with useful feedback. Don't deprive yourself of some of the real pearls of wisdom that...

how do actors or child celebs make a living after their 15 mins?

I think it's funny the way you can't seem to fathom how people who used to be in movies might later go on to get 'ordinary' jobs. Gary Coleman became a security guard. The boy from Hook became a lawyer. One of the sons from Home Improvement works at a vegan farm and makes non-dairy cheese...

It is utterly IMMORAL to encourage new writers

Utterly immoral? People should be encouraged to do what makes them happy, provided it doesn't affect others. That is common sense. Why should you discourage someone from doing something that they love?

Great How To Video on Canon 60D

Thanks for the vid. I'm currently looking at getting one of these very cameras myself, good to hear some more positive feedback about it. Seems to be that it's all about choosing the right lens for the job.

    Making a Film on Vacation

Maybe you could do a (funny?) sort of travel doco, where you go around and film all the sights; the tourist attractions, the trendy hot-spots, the people, the scenery, etc. Then you could add a voice over later where you just make up random facts and say whatever you want about the footage, sort...
