Why is Nick Cage such a bad actor?

This Sir, is HILARIOUS. I was both scared and laughing multiple times in the same 4 minutes. Oh Nic, just, oh Nic. I think he does get some stick for his recent role choices, but Con Air and The Rock are guilty pleasures of mine, so he'll always have a little place in my heart.

    What is your odd hobby?

I play WoW every now and then. I don't look like your 'typical' WoW player, but i'm a sucker for fantasy. I also shout at the idiots in Battlefield 3 every other day. When i'm not gaming or filmmaking i'm normally reading or photographing things. :)

    Books on Filmmaking

The first screenplay book I read was Syd Fields' The Foundation of Screenwriting. It's aimed at feature length films, but it really opened my mind to how to actually go about writing :) Also Directing Actors is one I am currently part way through, and have found it incredibly helpful :)

I have this short film I would like to share with you guys

I liked the fast cuts between the guy in the car tearing up his degree and him...

archived-videos The Joyful End of Happiness

I didn't see the 60's era either to be honest. I think it was the waiters costume of skinny jeans which made it feel less 60's. Other than that, I thought the cinematography and editing, especially the beginning and ending, were fabulous :) Lovely lovely work.

I order my camera later today!

I'm anxiously waiting for my MK II to be delivered any minute now, so I understand the feeling you had. I've literally been flying down the stairs to the door everytime I hear a sound that could be remotely tied to a UPS truck

Directors, what's the worst thing that's ever happened on set?

The worst thing that happened to me was it was my first official shoot, me the crew and all the actors got to the location that I had arranged and booked only to be stopped by a quite angry Muslim lady in the building. It turns out that she was the headteacher of an Islamic school which rented...
