"Hard Boiled" a film noir style music library.

I think I got it fixed. There was an issue with one of the plugins on the site causing the conflict. This should work now. Let me know what you think and please share with your friends. http://thetunepeddler.com/tag/hard-boiled/

cinematography 60D grainy footage at 100 ISO and amazingly lit????

That amount of noise doesn't bother me at all. If you still want to denoise it, Neat Video seems to be one of the go to programs for getting clean footage.

Would like advice for the next steps please...

As far as hard drives go. I personally don't worry to much about the quality of the hard drives. I've had some high end hard drives fail faster than the crappy cheap drives. So in my opinion the biggest thing to remember is to have you back ups in two places. I always have my internal drive...

    shopping list?

Assuming you already have a camera, computer, etc. And hopefully you'll already have some lights because that's not a big budget. For a simple white background you could use the savage paper kit. It comes with a small roll of white and the stands you would need. You should probably get one of...

editing How do I move my FCP project to my external hard drive?

This is one of the things I REALLY like about DSLR. You don't really have a capture scratch like I did when I used a dvx100 and literally had to capture the footage in. Once the DSLR clips are transcoded I put them in the project folder along with all my project files and audio and I now have...

Nope, I read about it on another site and thought it was really cool. Especially since I have paid for stuff like it in the past. I'm also really interested in the whole creative commons community. Really great content(video, music, etc) freely given to anyone.

sound Collaborating with Composers - Video

Check out this great video with Brian Langsbard (read the bio on the video for his crazy list of credits). He gives a great insight into finding a composer and hiring one if you don't have much of a budget. He also touches on not using composers like library music. Filmmakers should...
