PREMIERE Visual Quickstart Guide for sale

This is PREMIERE 6 for Macintosh & Windows Visual Quickstart Guide by Antony Bolante I've used the book mostly as a reference guide since I am familiar with Premiere (but no expert). I have a few other books from this series (Visual Quickstart Guide). I learned how to use FPC back in the day...

Animation Master 2000 Handbook for sale

Hey guys, I have a copy of Animation Master 2000 Handbook by Jeff Paries that I no longer need. It is in very good condition. I paid $42 for it. I'd let it go for any semi-reasonable offer since I no longer need it. What I liked about it is that it starts with the basics (I didn't know much...

    The Legend Begins

When will production begin? As with Ecco the Dolphin (hehe), I think the best aspect of the game was the music. I have the music from the first two games. Spencer Nilsen did a great job.

    dumb frame rate question

Hey Nathan, the XL1/XM1 (or GL1/2) cannot change the frame rate. You can change the shutter speed as you mentioned but no matter what setting you have the shutter at, the camera still records at 25fps (PAL) or 29.97(NTSC). If you raise the shutter to 1/1200th, you'll get a crisper image (no...

    Dial-up or Broadband?

King Goldfish - I've had Comcast and I actually switched to DSL after I had them...terrible service and very high prices (plus if you have a router you have to tweak it into fooling the modem that the route is actually a computer...egh...just stay away from them!) xuetang, check out their...

    dumb frame rate question

I don't know what camera you are using, but if it allows you to change the frame rate (or at least emulate the look of a lower frame rate) and that is the look you want in your final product, definitely go with that. It will save you a lot of rendering later in post. As for converting the...

Selling Mac & PC Editing Station (separately)

$860 which I think is a steal...Still can't believe it's gone...One of these days I'm gonna wake up and realize that my desk is half empty (considering how unorganized it is right now you can't really tell) and...*sniff...* ....*sniff... I better stop. I don't expect I'll have the PC for more...

Haha...you know I never noticed that about the shirt. I haven't seen the video in a long time, but even when I made it I never bothered to read the shirt. Well, since you've got such a good eye, do you notice anything about his shoes? Yeah, that's right...weren't expecting that!

Hahah! Nice job Steve. It's funny and has a cool ending. Nice job on the acting too! You were very believable. My favorite lines: "Go ahead, do it!...Shoot her...Now! (Pause) You can't.. Stop it. You're a coward. (almost with Arnold Schwarzenegger accent) Stop it now. [HAHAHAHAHHAHA]...

    archived-videos Unruley knights trailer

Hey Christopher, The trailer definitely looks cool. It brings Guy Richie to mind, wether intentional on your part or not. What special effects did you do, the digital stuff like the trailer transitions, color, etc, or the blood and gore, etc? The only thing that I don't think quite lives up...

So, I'm kicking around this experimental/educational idea...

Hey Jim, I think the idea is pretty cool. I don't know if any groups that have the same focus (in-camera editing, improvising on the spot, etc.). I think it has a lot of potential not just for learning about direction, photography, visualization, etc., also about working with different people...
