    Hello From Greece!

I saw an independent fantasy short on youtube t`other day which looks quite good. Made by a greek team, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlk4eRvmrng I`m sad to see that a country so rich in history has to rely on Turkish tv shows instead of producing their own. Good luck with your projects...

Nice piece of work, Just shows that you don't need lots of gore to make a good horror film. Acting was first class.

archived-videos SHORT FILM: How to survive a Zombie Apocalypse

I`ve been watching some of the other films too. The magic toothpick is a nice short and the halloween stories looks great. Not sure what it is about though. The shot starting at 28 secs looks so good. The colours in the film are so vibrant.

editing have a zombie climb out of the ground.

I presume this is the ex wife now or does she still love you even after burying her alive? :D Not sure my wife would be so understanding

editing have a zombie climb out of the ground.

Sounds like good advice. One of the best scenes I ever saw with a zombie coming out of a grave was in a 70`s film with Peter Cushing as the zombie. Cant recall the name of the film though

Looks like fun. The slow motion seemed fine to me. What is the next short about that you were making, or will I have to wait and see? :D

    Titanic Greengrass style

Probably showing my age but when you mentioned Greengrass I thought you were talking about Claude Greengrass from the TV hearbeat series. Now if he had got his hands on the epic the whole ship would have been sold for scrap long before it sunk to the bottom of the sea. :)

Nice film, acting was good and the scenes well shot. Wouldn't want to meet the guy playing the hitman in a dark alley

    No ideas...

It was just meant to show how you can get ideas from words, book titles etc. What you imagine when you see the book title is up to you

    No ideas...

Perhaps you could write down a list of famous books and make a film on what the title suggests to you,eg, `Stranger in a strange land` by Robert heinlein. Make a film about a person new to a country experiencing new people, food etc You could instead use famous quotes or songs and try to make...

Shoot it now or later (when I'm better?)

I`d be inclined to shoot a few lesser shorts before trying anything big. You could try just shooting a few scenes from the script however to see how you like it.

Looks ok, I`ve seen exactly the same idea a few days ago however. The only way you are going to get better is to keep filming and post any films so you can get feedback.
