    Premiere Pro CS5 Issue

Hi all, Premiere Pro won't start and pops up a "this program has stopped working correctly" MS notification. Every time it does it, it is showing something called "looks3.aex" on the splash screen as it's attempting to load. It's starting to get a bit frustrating and I can't fathom a reason...

    Questions About T2i and T3i

Up to 4GB per clip? Does that affect shot length? I have no idea how much time 4GB buys you.

    editing Free (and crappy) VFX.

Hey, no worries. As a full time worker, and a full time uni student, I understand limited time. Seriously, no problem. :)

Yeah that was me I think. If you're still able to, I would appreciate it. But if you have your hands fully it's no problem. :)

    Difficulty of AVCHD

Download the trial of NeoScene and see how much it helps. Then that $129 will be easier to spend. At least it was for me. :)

    Starting questions

Just chatted with my friend who goes to a tech college down the road. Apparently they can get Adobe Creative Suite 4 or 5 (not clear on which at the moment) for about the same price (if not less) that I will be plunking down for my student purchases of of Vegas and AE. From using google it...

    Starting questions

@directorik Thanks for the advice. I don't know why, but lack of DOF bothers me so that's why I'm thinking about the jag... then again the power of the dollar (or lack of) plays a large part in my decision as well. My want is to direct, but for this project I'm mostly doing the camera work...

    Starting questions

OK, I'm finally ready to begin making some shorts after taking a hiatus for the fun known as real work. I'm full of questions and in need of suggestions, so any help would be much appreciated. Here is what I have: Canon HF10 - Hardly any manual controls everyone loves, but it has a great...

How to dump stuff on a computor?

Why not just find the folder where all the footage is stored and delete it?

    archived-videos Modern Gods < A New Short!

I thought the acting was good. Anyway, great work. It looked good, it was funny, and the acting was good. A perfect little short, it ran for the perfect amount of time in my opinion. The guy playing Zeus and bug spray... hilarious.

Wow, that was amazing. It was beautifully shot and sound design was good. I really dug the story and how you got to the end. Great work!

I like it, and usually I'm not much of a fan of zombie movies.

archived-videos End of the Tour...short psychological thriller

The acting from the lead was fantastic! The others were good too, but that guy was in a league of his own. Great short and the only complaint I could have is the washed out look on the interior shots.

I like it, thought it was pretty funny! Smooth out the sound and it would have been great!

    help with directing

Single camera would be easier, but in the end it is whatever you want to do. Like somebody said upthread, single is more common just because getting lighting right is tough enough with one camera, no need in doubling your work. On the other side though, since you're rolling from different...
