If you want to do ghosts then it's really nice. I read that you wanted people to think that you used a green screen and high costs techniques... My green screen costs 10 euros (15 US $), I shoot with a not expensive HD camera, and we even used imovie (free) to swap the background. And it works.

The slow motion part doesn't really add much to a script, even makes it harder to read. Additionally, if someone else is going to direct this, a whole new dimension can be added, and maybe the flying bullets visual effect you describe won't even be interesting.

It really depends. Many times I watch movies to enjoy myself, then I become inmerse in the movie and less on technicalities. Sometimes, when the movie is more visual then I really pay attention to some of the techniques used to learnt from it. Other times, it's funny to see mistakes and think...

I like the concept for the movie. Not sure how this will then turn out at the end, but I guess it's watch and will see. It's a bit odd of a trailer, mainly mixing very static filming withe the bath scene. I like the look and the way the actors play.

Nice website. It would be good if you also published some extracts of your scripts, unless you have sold them already, it's always about quality. I believe that you can register them online, to make sure that you don't lose your rights.

It's hard to promote on google without paying. Mainly websites hosted on services like that. If you can spare about 35$ a year you can have your own site with a .com name. Usually it's about 10$ for the site name + 25 for hosting... maybe more (check godaddy.com, I used it for my websites)...
