Nice composition, a but depressing, but I guess that was the intention.

    archived-videos Meet the Boys

Now that's really decent acting, but maybe a little background themed music would help set the "silly" mood.

    Hello!

Hello there Nick, I really enjoyed reading through your film reviews, although saying inception is not a clever movie is a bit far fetched. ;) Oh, and welcome!

    archived-videos Disconnected - Sneak Peak

ROC, I keep hearing you talk about brutal honesty, but in reality, anyone can find faults on absolutely anything, its just a matter of looking for them. So the presence of birds singing was a problem for you, for me it was a great addition that created contrast. Being honest is good, but it...

    Unsure film enthusiast

Your 17 and you can afford a Canon T2i, when I was your age I could barely afford food! I cant wait to start seeing the work of this generation of film makers that are almost born with the tools to make motion pictures.

Again, it was absolutely amazing, perfect camera movement, perfect cinematography, but above everything else, Rabbath has a great sense of "pace".

archived-videos Let's All Go To The Movies - Trailer

Nice nice, I agree with Michael, the sound in the begging was too "crowded", but I didn't mind the acting though. Very nice lighting, and loved the clip "montage" and some of the transitions we awesome.

Indietalk.com reported to Google as attack site

Quick advise to the mods/admins looking into this, and assuming you haven't tried this, but open every .js file and look for injected code.

Indietalk.com reported to Google as attack site

Had a similar problem with a site hosted in a datacenter where indietalk is hosted. On my case it was a brute force attack. Looking at the source code of the indietalk forum, nothing seems to be wrong, at least not right now.

    ProAim 7" Monitor?

Exactly what wheatgrinder said. http://store.zacuto.com/Z-Finder.html Go for the 2.5x not the 3. (too lens zoom is too extreme)

archived-videos MUTANTS OF THE APOCALYPSE - 2010 Providence 48hr Film

Really makes it even better. One thing that surprised me was the audio quality, I really liked it. What kind of external recorder did you use?

    archived-videos Anchor - Short Film

I'm not too sure if it was a cheap camera, but its a weird one, some of the images looked fantastic, and suddenly you got the odd focusing problem that I am pretty sure wasn't intentional.

    DSLR vs. Camcorder

Completely agree. Furthermore, if you can't get a decent still shot how do you suppose your shots will look when you don't have a stable camera support?

    ProAim 7" Monitor?

I would say cheap plastics, extremely low resolution.

    cinematography cheep director's eyepiece?

I guess some people have a much better power of "abstraction" then others. Most directors are able to run the entire film on their head like their brains are made of film, and its really easy for them to visualize what they are trying to accomplish without having to look through an eye piece or...
