Nice feedback. Wanted to keep the quote short, but with fresh eyes you are right. I'll think on it. Expect a new one soon... :) @ZMY yeah, the wait is a killer.

movies What's the last film you watched? And rate it!

Totally agree. I just wanted to put the cartoon on instead. A big downer for me was that the faces on the characters were difficult to make out, so I couldn't empathise with them.

    Poster for 'Fissure'

Hey guys. So the festival subs have started. 1st review is in as well: https://www.ukfilmreview.co.uk/single-post/2017/06/29/Fissure-short-film Pretty chuffed with that I must say. Here's the poster (again sorry so big) If you like it, I did it. If you don't I'll fire the jerk that did...

movies What's the last film you watched? And rate it!

Wonder Woman 6.5 Charming and funny but let down by DC colour scheme and some really eye rolling slow motion and a final battle that bored me to tears. Best DC film by a long way that was marred by Znyderisms.

'Fissure' had its cast and crew screening with 'Ctrl Z'

@Lucky Yes, yes it is. Thank the maker. @Mussonman People seemed to really enjoy it. Its a pretty dour film with one joke in it. Everyone laughed. 100% hit rate. @zmy yeah, very. We showed it on the Saturday, I only heard the full sound mix on the Thursday. So i hadn't been very keen on...

'Fissure' had its cast and crew screening with 'Ctrl Z'

Cheers guys, after being in a bit of an emotional trap about the whole thing the screening was a great cleanser. Can't wait to get it out there now. :)

'Fissure' had its cast and crew screening with 'Ctrl Z'

Hey guys, as some of you are aware (because you pledged) I made a film. That film is now finished and save for a couple of tiny tweaks is ready to fling at festivals. We had a little cast and crew screening alongside the multi award winning 'Ctrl Z' and raised a little money for charity in...

[Jun 12] What are you working on this week?

Awesome! Congrats! @Sfoster Fissure is on First. Ctrl Z is a comedy and 24 minutes long as opposed to my depressing 12 minuter. @Lucky I get the good spot as if they leave, it messes up my buddys film ;)

[Jun 12] What are you working on this week?

Hats off to you for doing it. I don't think I would EVER have the guts to. You ever seen Billy Connolly? THE best. I'm also replying to the 'what are you working on...'. Some of you may know that I crowdfunded my short 'Fissure' last year. My buddy and I shot our movies on the same weekend...

She sure is. Yeah, I find that with youtube. I like to put a dab of grain on but youtube does have a habit of compressing the sh** out of videos. Good luck with your next project :)
