Fancy terminology indeed! I was looking at these: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/318871-REG/Mogami_GOLD_TRSXLRM_03_Gold_1_4_TRS_Male.html
because all of that sophisticated "shielding" lingo sounded nice-- since these cables would be extremely close to power cords as well-- but it...
Stoopid Newbie Question
Okay, with my wife changing jobs right now, we have put the studio on hold for now-- but I did buy a new computer and it finally arrived. I opted for cheaper audio monitors for now (since my dream studio is at least three years away, anyway).
I bought KRK rokits and...

The one main reason I have found that the Quadros are in so much favor among video editing types is the 10-bit monitor support. (Unless your Samsungs are 10-bit, or you are planning on using 10-bit monitors in the future, I'd go with a faster, cheaper card.)

You can plan to pay everyone if you make all your money back plus a percentage -- just don't tell them that up front! That could (at worst) constitute a verbal contract, or (at best) setup expectations that aren't likely to pan out.
Was it that you really didn't like the limitations of the single 1/3" CMOS on the XF, or do you not like Canons in general for other reasons. A lot of people say the 50Mbps recording and 4:2:2 Color Sampling simply don't trump the single 1/3 CMOS.
I like the poster.
I also like the idea of giving a link to your FB to promote the poster.
It might be a good idea to build the website before advertising the website on a poster, though. (And I noticed the title font on the poster didn't match the title font in the flash on the website...
