Okay I have this idea for a three/four minute movie. I would like to know what you all think: It's in the future. Government is corrupt beyond belief and the "rebels" are the only people fighting for freedom. Jordan (protagonist) is one of the rebels. Movie opens with Jordan lying in the snow...

I think very carefully about how violence should be shown. Showing violence usually is to show the horror of it, to use it in an impacting way. Use it for shock, horror, or whatever. But if there is violence in it, and is a key part of the story, but not necessarily for horror or shock, etc...

I sent it to them the movie by DVD... does that make a difference or no?

Is it normal for the video quality of your film to decrease after it's on CreateSpace? I'm a little disappointed by this...

Yeah local marketing seemed to be a pretty big hit for me. Just getting a street crew together to go around with DVDs and flyers really did wonders!
