I don't have a 5d, but it would make sense to me if you could transfer it through the side mini USB out through a cable to the computer. If you don't have the 5d anymore you might need to buy a card reader, they're not that expensive

Yeah I have the Tarot gimbal on it, but I also add warp stabilizer to smoothen out the odd little wobble :) Buying FPV soon so shouldn't have to guess anymore!!

What do they teach?

I rarely need a disc drive these days which is why they've taken it away, that being said it is handy to have a portable external one for when you do need to use a DVD/CD for something. Offer classes for what? And why would you do classes there if they have a horrible reputation?

Maybe put that $1100 towards a new camera :)

Personally I'd want more ram and a bigger screen. It will work. But the higher specs you get the longer it'll last and the faster your computer will work
