Ya, I finally got it right and pulled it, it had to do with the bit rate and format of the PNG, and when I applied it to the video it changed how FC processed it. I still think it's weird that it did that. Here's the link to my final product, still couldn't get it to retain it's original size...

So I'm trying to water mark my buddys video's, but I keep having problems. I'm in Final Cut, and I bring in the finished video, drop it in the time line, and the time line matches the parameters of the clip, I bounce it out and it's the same size of the file I just imported, 191mb. Then I go...

Nice, I like how the intro looked dated, but then your bring in the color and mix it with the dated projections. Cool concept, I would have liked to see the drums synced up better, and I think the shot at the end is a little long and out of place, but over all I liked it!

I think you could up the pace if you had the girls saying different parts of the script in sequence, example: Girl 1: Hello, my name is Girl 2: Nancy Nelson Girl 3: and I just moved to New York Girl 4: from indiapolis indiana ect.... I think that could make it more interesting and less...

Really cool video, I really like the concept and the execution! The long shots in the beging and the end look great! The interpretive dance was a little strange, but that's just a taste issue. Thanks for sharing!!

Did you get your issue fixed? If not, another thing I can think of is converting the raw footage before you put it in your editor. You might know this already, but the raw footage off the 5+7D's are in a viewing format and need to be converted before being thrown into a editor other wise it...

I would have color corrected it before posting, maybe given it some kind of strange weak to try to give it a tinge of uniqueness, you definitely want brighten up the shot over the city. Def wanna chop on the beat hits, then you can cut between backgrounds in faster succession and keep the shots...

lol! Thanks! I actually go down to SXSW as a musician and with artists from my label. I always get down the week after the film fest and have never got to check it out. I got to see part of American, the Bill Hicks story last year, but that was playing during the music part.

Is this out side the convention center at SXSW in Austin TX? Sure looks like it, I gotta miss SXSW this year, but it's because my lady's giving birth, so it's very worth it!!!
