My mother, an ex-photographer, suggested that it was possible from me touching them. But, I specifically remember using a cloth to screw in the bulbs. I'm pretty sure I had the wrong voltage. I guess I need a power inverter?

Guess the voltage wasn't right... any recommendations for a powerinverter?

What a bummer... now i gotta wait for bulbs.

The bulb in my softbox just died, after being on for five minutes. Out of nowhere, there was a loud pop sound and the light died. Any ideas why? It was pretty surprising to tell you truth.

Just to be sure... After compressing to a LAN file (on compressor) am I supposed to be uploading only one file? Because I noticed when compressing to other types, there are sometimes multiple files. Just wanted to see if I was making a careless error...

As far as commentary tracks, I've only seen a couple. I think the last one I watched was PT Anderson on Boogie Nights. I guess I need to look for those more... Thanks for throwing in the panic room set. I'm a big fan, gonna definitely check that out.

I think they were... The surf video is much, much longer though.

Getting back to the sample video, how would I light the scene so the left side of the shot is darker. In other words, have greater contrast? For example, if I wanted to create a more dramatic or mysterious atmosphere...
