What does the word DEAT mean in film. As I was exploring different college courses for film I ran across the word DEAT in one of the headings. Does anyone know what this word means?

Ever since you have said that, I have taken on new tasks every week. I pick 1 program from the Adobe Master Suite 4 to work on every week so I can grasp each piece of software available. Next week I will be working on FCP and am going to try to get ahold of that program.

Did you get the upgrade from FCP to FCS? They have one, it is around $300.

so true! I have experienced it's strengths and had a couple of encounters with it's weaknesses. If you can afford it, Color, Soundtrack Pro, and The DVD Burner will pay off.

There is another option. 1) Buy the Final Cut Studio package. 2) Buy Adobe AFTER EFFECTS only. Use After Effects for your VFX stuff and render it for a quicktime format in which FCS will recognize. I have the Adobe CS4 Suite and it is really nice except the render time, I don't know if its...

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew how much the prices of technology such as camcorders would be in three years? If I wanted an HVX200 original in 2-3 years, how much cheaper would it be? It doesn't have to be that specific camera, but if a camcorder was 1 year old, it would be blank $...
