By those standards, Boogie Nights (10/10) is the masterpiece version of Middle Men, you should check it out if you haven't.

The idea of a Justice League film feels like an extremely desperate attempt to match The Avengers. This is just me, but I predict it will not be a very good film. And I can't bear to see a new, presumably comic-book-friendly version of Batman, especially after Nolan's trilogy.

I actually gave it a 7 as well. It's a stupid, stupid film with no point and a horrible message, especially for my dumbass generation (Throw an insane drunken party, ruin your future but hey, everyone will think you're cool!)... but it's enjoyable, well-shot and massively, tremendously...

I have a feeling Jackson will include something of a Jar-Jar Binks in the film, and follow it up with corny kids fare. The original trilogy is an unmatched collection of epic works, this will be a money-machine joke. And I don't even think it will fare well past the first movie.

Ugh, really? It seems a bit desperate to stretch out one book, however long it may be, into three films. It's ridiculous and shallow. But I'm not surprised by this typical Hollywood decision, considering that they're remaking The Godfather trilogy and continuing Raging Bull and The Shining :roll:

I just really hope they go in a vastly new direction. Obviously they have to keep his character as a heir and orphan but his training and beginning should be different. Preferably a little cruder.

Zombieland is a black comedy, and none of the films you listed are good, original, highly praised or remotely groundbreaking. A lot of people like the Scary Movie series, does that make them "artistically creative"?
