Depends on what you mean by primary? Would they make a good camera to shoot a feature? I doubt it because of the non-sync nature and how noisy they are. As a b- camera, in good condition, it should be fine. Scott

The Konvas has it's fans in the US. Do a google search and you'll find some sites. They can make good pictures if you have the right glass on them and if they are in good condition. I have never personally shot anything with one, but have played with one and found it a neat little camera. Scott
