I agree with you on this. Accidental Art in 2009 was my first step into a more professional level of filmmaking. It is a marked difference between what I did before (including HORRORS OF WAR, the world war II Nazi Zombie Werewolf film) and what I made after.

Confirmed - this is the 30th FESTIVAL, not 30th year (it's the 20th year). They did 2 a year for a while, 1 in Cleveland, 1 in New Orleans.

Interesting! It was sold as the 28th Indie Gathering so it might be they had more than one a year, so it might be 30th Gathering, not 30th year! I know I was there way before 2005 though because that summer I made Horrors of War and played there the following year. Not sure if it went by...
