Someone in my building paid $225 plus tax to have a plumber flush a toilet because another resident complained it was noisy. So they wrote down it was normal and charged $225. I think you got a good deal!

I keep telling myself "plumbers have families and they have to eat too".. I guess that means when you call a plumber you sort of adopt their family.
