Yeah, 2020 does seem to be more for 4k. But the AdobeRGB colour space has more colour information than sRGB, so am I only getting sRGB quality if I select 709? Since I film with AdobeRGB would it be better to select 2020?

Thanks. Yeah I just use the room light, which is quite a bright LED bulb. I'll try dimming the screen. Do you mean bringing the device closer to the camera? and is there a recommend iso setting to use for this?
