If I were you, I would be tempted take the deal. it's tough to get any offer at all. But only you know what your goals are. Do you want to try and get distribution yourself? Do you want to face the possibility of having to self-distribute? Good luck whatever you decide to do.

Thank you for checking it out. Yeah DC is notoriously difficult to shoot in; I filmed in the suburbs and so didn't have to deal with all that. The only permit required was to film in one national park.
