Really nice! Creepy, builds suspense/tension and sounds really good! The only thing i'd say is it doesn't look 'cinematic' and I think with a little colour grading and correction it would look more visually stimulating. Even just reframing some shots and adding black bars at the top and bottom...

The orphaned timeline thing is to do with having a timeline (video) thats in Encore and not assigned to anything. You can 'ignore and continue' or find the timelines and delete. I have had this issue and that worked for myself. I am not sure about the end action not set bit, it sounds like you...
