I have no money and no investors. But that doesn't mean I can't make a film. I remember Robert Rodriguez saying he refused to spend a cent when making El Mariachi.

I'd be interested in reading the script nevertheless. You never know. :) I'm sure with a little creativity it could be filmed for a small fraction of that.
