You should try your hand at more horror/ suspense. There's not a lot of borrow films out there from your region, and I think you might have a back for it. Local legends, superstitions... that kind of thing.

I did like it, but probably not in the way you intended. I found it funny because it was so illogical. Who would think to do that to a zombie? WHY would you do that to a zombie? It could have been taken to a more macabre extreme, where we really see that your protagonist is a bit nuts...

That's a toughie... editing isn't a mechanical process, it's more organic. And the more varied camera angles you have the more effective edits you'll be able to make. There's a flow and ebb to editing much like waves crashing across a beach. It's rhythmic... sometimes it's steady and slow...
