i agree video copilot has some great effects that you can use as a base and manipulate and make your own from there. They also have some great sfx plug ins for a very reasonable price.

well the way i did it was with textures that i made black and white then screened and masked over the eye. And the animal eyes i got off google i parented to a track point on my eye. and thanks i appreciate the complement
