If you're after a smaller book than the Screenwriter's Bible then I'd highly recommend Teach Yourself Screenwriting by Raymond G. Frensham It's very compact but full of the lots of information including movie examples. It'll tell you all you need about structure and plotting and much much more.

I think u may have to be a little bit more specific than that. If you want to learn more about the art of screenwriting I'd recommend The Screenwriter's Bible by David Trottier
